Imported, thin sheet metal trailers are easily damaged and the painted finish corrodes very quickly.

Plastic trays scratch and gouge easily, and quickly degrade in the sunlight, becoming faded and brittle. Plastic trays readily break when carting rocks, bricks and masonry.

The poor-quality wheels fitted to other cheap, imported trailers fail when loaded to well under the load rating.

Our trays are made with thicker sheet steel than the low-cost imported units. This ensures our trays don’t dent and buckle as easily as poor-quality imports.

Our trays are also manufactured from a single piece of folded steel meaning higher strength, fewer welds, and fewer points for corrosion to begin.

Our high-quality trays are supported by a fully-welded, solid steel chassis incorporating our proven tipping mechanism. All of the trailer is hot-dip galvanized including the chassis to ensure all steel resists corrosion.

Will the trailers resist bumps and damage?

The trailer trays have thick steel to resist bumps while many competitor trailers are made from thin steel or plastic that can be damaged badly and very quickly. Beware of cheap copies of Tuff Tipper trailers!

Will the trailers rust?

The trailers are made with folded steel to reduce welds that can lead to rust spots. The trailers are also galvinised or painted to protect them from the weather.

Can I get delivery to my home or business in Australia?

We ship across Australia and can ship to your door. Trailers can be shipped unassembled to save money on freight or pickup form our Brisbane factory direct.

Do the trailers come with a warranty?

Yes, all trailers come with a 12 month warranty against workmanship and materials. However, overloading the trailer beyond the specifications provided on the web page and instructions for the trailer will void the warranty. Also towing them over 15 km/hr. Tuff Tipper has the right to refuse warranty claims for neglect of the instructions or for misuse.
